We are EU-based, however we operate on the global job market. We work with businesses primarily in North America and Europe and help them find their next top talent. Distance doesn’t define our connection.

Biotechnology roles, particularly in Clinical Development, are often highly specialized and require experience within certain therapeutic areas or indications. That’s why we are an expert in headhunting and tailoring every search to each company’s unique requirements. Unlike traditional agencies, we don’t rely on pre-made candidate lists — instead, we source professionals who precisely match the role specifications as closely as possible.
